COVID-19 SWIGA Update

SWIGA have followed the latest government advice regarding unnecessary travel and social distancing which has a profound consequence for the welfare of our staff, customers and associates.

SWIGA had planned for an escalation of disruption due to virus outbreak with the result that all functions, process’s and requirements to run the organisation are being delivered via home working arrangements.

SWIGA does not envisage any major disruption to our service level apart from the arranging and delivery of external visits.

Meetings will continue to happen but will be online and communication on the progress of any outstanding complaints will continue normally.

Future external visits will be considered on an individual basis, weighing up the risks to the operatives and the consumer. Where a risk has been identified, we will look at other solutions to progress in the interim.
